Now that our re-roofing project is completed, I want to take this opportunity to once again congratulate you on the quality of the people who work for you. In particular, I want to commend Moisés Cisneros for his excellent performance.
From my first meeting with Moisés earlier this year, until the completion of the job, he stayed involved, made himself available as a resource in any way possible, and constantly worked on making sure I was a satisfied customer. He interfaced regularly with Craig Overton, was up on my roof frequently during the construction to see how things were going, and quickly responded with estimates for add-ons to the job, for example all new skylights and new siding on one wall of the house that had experienced a weather-related problem.
As the job expanded, he was there behind the scenes making sure that all of the necessary materials (especially the skylights) were ordered and made quickly available to Craig and his crew. He also took the time to contact me regularly so that I would not have any surprises and would know exactly how things were progressing.
You are to be congratulated for having Moisés on your front line with customers. He is an outstanding employee, someone your organization should be proud to have. To me, Moisés is the best: sales, marketing and customer service rolled into one.

A few months ago, after signing a contract to reroof our home in Portola Valley, I sent you a letter saying, We now readily place our confidence in your team, from the efficient, charming person who answers the phone, to the conscientious, professional and polite estimator, and to the team of roofers who are to work on our home. Now that the project is done and we have our new roof, I am happy to report that our confidence in Izmirian Roofing was justified.
In particular, I want to commend the work of Craig Overton and his talented team of roofing professionals. Craig provided outstanding leadership of his men, as well as did everything he could to make me a satisfied customer. He paid close attention to the details and took enormous pride in his work and the work of his team. My impression was that he wanted everything right!
Craig also regularly discussed with me all aspects of the job’s progress and made suggestions on things for me to consider once the job got started. For example, his suggestion to have all new skylights was a valid one and much appreciated. His suggestion that Izmirian Roofing could also take care of my leaking siding was wonderful, because I had been struggling as to which contractor I could trust to do the job and do it right. I am delighted that this add-on was done, too.
The spirit on the project was great and everyone worked hard. It is obvious that your organization knows how to hire and keep good people.

Not only am I pleased with my beautiful new roof, but I am extremely impressed by the service form Izmirian in every respect! As the superintendent, you seem to be on-the-job 24/7, and I appreciated all of the weather updates you continued to give me over that three-week period of rain. The workers were also wonderful – incredibly punctual and so hard-working. At the end of every day, they left my property in immaculate condition – much neater than my gardener’s do! It was also nice to have people start such a big job and keep on it until completion, without disappearing to “moonlight” on some project. Furthermore, the duration of the work took exactly the amount of days which you estimated.
