We are committed to maintaining our workmanship warranties as indicated in our contracts.

Arrangements have been made with trusted partners to follow up on any issues that may arise.

Warranties are a combination of our workmanship warranty and any manufacturer’s warranty for material defects or equipment failure.

HVAC workmanship warranties are typically one year, with longer equipment warranties issued by the manufacturer. Please maintain your records and equipment documents. Any licensed dealer can process parts and equipment warranties. It is best that you stay with a Lennox dealer for Lennox equipment. We have arranged with Innovative Mechanical to handle warranty issues within the one year workmanship warranty period. New roof replacement warranties are typically five years with some exceptions. Please see your contract documents. Roof repairs that were done on existing roofs are not covered by our workmanship warranty. We have arranged with A&B Roofing should any issues arise.
